Wrestling Practice
Practice is after school in the yoga room. Practice time starts 25 minutes after school gets out and goes on for 2 hours. Normal practice time is 3-5pm. On days that school gets out early, we have practice early at 1-3pm.Bring shorts, T shirt, wrestling shoes, big water bottle. Coach likes kids to stay in the room and not be running out to fill up their bottle every few minutes.
Practices are every day during the season. No practice on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New years day, Sundays, days that we have a tournament or a match. 8:30-10:30 AM for Saturday practices.
We do practice on the day after Thanksgiving, the day after Christmans, winter vacation days, etc. Winter vaction practices are in fact a very important part of the wrestling year. A lot of the years hard work and growth happens during late December.
