Seattle Public Schools Moving to Digital Tickets for Athletic Games

Metro League is launching a new way to buy athletic tickets for high school games! This means that you’ll now buy tickets for Seattle Public Schools (SPS) high school athletic games online.

Starting this winter, the Metro League will shift to ticket sales in partnership with HomeTown Ticketing. The decision to transition to athletic event tickets as fully digital will provide the safest and most convenient experience for our fans and schools.

Beginning with the Friday, December 2, 2022 girls and boys’ basketball games, you will now buy game tickets online rather than with cash at the door. Paper tickets will no longer be issued.

Where to Buy Tickets

Games at SPS High Schools
SPS home games (games played at SPS high schools) will be purchased at Seattle Public Schools Home Town Ticketing Box Office.
Please note: Tickets are posted under the HOST school (For example, West Seattle High School hosting Garfield High School would appear under West Seattle.)

Away Games Outside the District
SPS games played at schools outside of SPS will be purchased on the away game host box office websites.
Holy Names Box Office
Eastside Catholic Box Office
O’Dea Box Office
Please note, games at Blanchet and Lakeside will be sold at the door until further notice.

When Tickets are Available

Every Monday at 10 a.m., online tickets will be released for upcoming week (games happening that Monday through Saturday).

Reminders for Game Spectators

  • To avoid any technical issues the day of the game, please download your ticket to a mobile device before arriving at the game
  • For quick entry, please be sure your ticket is ready to be scanned before you get to the door
  • While your mobile device will be fastest access, you can bring a printed QR code received at time of online purchase that can be scanned at the door

HomeTown App

The HomeTown Fan app offers a mobile phone app from the App Store or Google Play. You can search for the specific host school in the app.

The Roosevelt Athletic Boosters

The Roosevelt Athletic Booster Club's mission is to financially support and celebrate all student athletes.

Our goal is to maintain an enduring, reliable community that works in partnership with Roosevelt High School to give every student a chance to compete.

Who We Are
The Roosevelt Athletic Booster Club (RAB) is a non-profit organization, founded in 1987 to help support Roosevelt athletic programs, beyond what Seattle Public Schools provides.  RAB currently serves 27 teams/sports, each represented by a parent volunteer. We are run by an elected board made up of a President, Treasurer, and Secretary.

What We Do
The primary responsibility of the RAB is to raise money to support sports at Roosevelt. Nearly half of Roosevelt students participate in athletics. We raise money through fundraising events, activities, and donations from the community.

RAB helps fund items that stay with the school or benefit an entire team/sport. Our largest annual financial obligation is to help fund an on-site athletic trainer and training supplies. RAB also helps teams pay for:

  • Uniforms, helmets, gear
  • Balls, nets, tents, timers, cage time
  • Post-season competition (ie: Play-Offs, District and State Tournaments)
  • Pool and facility rentals
  • Sports software
  • Training and camps
  • School-wide sports recognition banquets or awards night events

The Booster Club relies on contributions and fundraising to operate.
